When you come to Katsuya you expect the best!! Not so today. Glass was disgustingly dirty, took 25 minutes to get a simple spicy tuna roll, when I finally got it, there was more rice than Tuna!! Took another 20 minutes to get my credit card back!! Shame on you Katsuya
I was their with my friends dining in and I’d like to share my experienced with our hostess Alexa, she did a great 👍 job! She’s so friendly and helpful!
Had a great time at Katsuya especially the staff are so helpful especially Alexa, she’s very nice and friendly. Highly recommended if you want fine dining delicious food 👍🥗😉😍
