the service here is terrible! so slow. no chopsticks or any utensils. the waiter tried to walk away in the middle of our service. it took 10 minutes just to have our order taken, another 15 before any food showed up, another 10 before we could find a waiter to order more food, and it took 10 minutes to clean up a beverage spill at our table, the liquid spilled all the way across the table while we waited. I would tell everyone I know NEVER to come to this restaurant! Horrible horrible service! 😠

our server Matthew made me want to come back. he was informative about the food since this place and Japanese food are new to me it was helpful. he made sure to tell us that the food may and would most like come out at different times since they several kitchens. my only complaints is that the food comes out at different times making it hard to eat together. this is fine if your ordering plates to share at the table but individual meals need to come out together. i will however definitely return
delicious food, excellent service.
