Someone suggested Katsu on Nextdoor. Considering the county closure of indoor salons, I was hard pressed to find a stylist during these unprecedented times! Katsu responded promptly and offered me the option of either His mobile service or his garage salon, I chose the latter. I was amazed when I arrived to find His garage had been turned into a functioning salon! He even incorporated fixtures you would typically find in a brick and mortar salon.
