Arrived a little late, but called. Did an outstanding job. Would recommend them to anyone. They are moving to Columbia county, Ga. So will service the Augusta, Columbia county area.
Paid for a load of services last fall including inspection and checking trees after seeing a couple had root rot that meant it could spread. I was assured the rest were healthy and wouldn't need additional work for years. 1 very large one fell over only 6 to 9 months from when Kats was here.
Do not use this company. The owner andrew is a their and stole 25k from me after my mom died and said I should invest in his company.
Similar to another reviewer. More than two weeks since tree removal was conducted and more than 20 large logs still remain in my front yard. Kats continues to push out the date they will pick up and have since stop responding to phone calls.
