I’ve been getting my lashes done here for years and have never had an issue with my lashes. But, I had to come back to change my review. I went to a different lash tech, since Kat was out sick, and she told me that Kat had been putting clusters on aimlessly and that it was heavily damaging my natural lashes. One cluster was being put on multiple natural lashes, stopping them from growing and causing my sets to look thinner. Unfortunately after specifically saying I didn’t want my natural lashes hurt, they were damaged. My cornea was also cut by either glue or the tweezers when my eyes were glued together. I was also charged almost $200 for a fill when I was charged much less the first time. I have emailed with no response.
