I always thought they did great grooming our dog, but after some issues occurred the last time it took us awhile to come back. We decided to give it another go, we've called numerous times and we've sent SEVERAL Facebook messages (which is how I used to schedule the appointments). All messages show that they've been read and the owner continues to be unprofessional and won't even respond. I always liked the customer service here, but this is just appalling.
