I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago as a new patient with Dr. Katrina Mercado for today and she canceled. I didn't receive a phone call so I went to her office and that's when I was informed she had a to cancel my appointment for personal reasons. The receptionist Karen rescheduled me for the following month, because that is her earliest opening. I canceled it. Dr. Mercado is one of the best doctors I have had in my life time and I have lived all over the United States. She is very caring and her staff is wonderful. I highly recommend her.
Dr Mercado and her staff were very accommodating. I did not feel rushed during my appointment and Dr Mercado listened carefully.
My husband & I just moved here this past August. Once we got settled in we got on our ins website to establish Dr's, dentists, eye drs, etc. As we looked for a physician we came across Dr Mercado's name. We read reviews & noticed she was a 5 star!! So we decided to make an appt & meet with her. We found her friendly, honest & upfront with us. The front desk girls were very friendly nice & polite & helpful.
