1 star because the Dr is good. As for billing it’s a zero. Our annual visit $0 copay was billed for $50. After calling them twice when receiving a bill they said a supervisor will contact us. Next, we get a claim from collection. I’ll be contacting Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. Update: After they replied to this here. We did call as a last attempt. They said the Dr discussed this visit as not an annual wellness visit during appointment which is a lie. I don’t think blood work is done on a regular ... read more

I have Dr. Katrina Mercado as my Primary Care Physician for nearly two years. Dr. Mercado and her staff are very responsive to any "out of schedule" requests regarding visits, work orders and referrals. During my visits, I feel that I am in good hands when discussing my health concerns. Thank you.
