Katrina is caring, respectful, and honest. She has been overseeing my health-care for the past 4-5 years and I could not have been treated better.
I had an unfortunate experience with Katrina Hirsig. She misrepresented the things that were done in her chart notes and when I gently confronted her about it she became hostile, then turned around and accused me of being angry and left the exanimation room. I was very calm, reassuring, and kind to her so this just totally blew me away. Her behavior is possibly dangerous and I would find someone else to handle my care.
