Katrina was fantastic! She was able to sell my house within the timeframe I wanted (actually a few days quicker) While I could have very likely been able to negotiate a better deal for myself I was constrained by time. We were able to negotiate through multiple offers and ended up with a better one which she was also the buying agent for. I purchased a duplex with zero money out of pocket with Katrina’s help!!! Katrina is amazing! She took the best care of me through the entire process. As a realtor I knew we are our worst clients so when it was time for me to buy my first duplex I hired Katrina to represent me.
