I purchased a duplex with zero money out of pocket with Katrina’s help!!! Katrina is amazing! She took the best care of me through the entire process. As a realtor I knew we are our worst clients so when it was time for me to buy my first duplex I hired Katrina to represent me. So unprofessional and rude to me and it was my first impression of her. Overall terrible interaction…she didn’t even bother to ask my name when we sat down to meet, just directly ask me questions about my file?? It wasn’t just that, obviously—I just didn’t feel welcome there overall and won’t go back again.
