My boyfriend had an appt at 2 but we arrived 15 minutes early. At 3:45 we left because all they did was take his insurance card and id and he still hadn't been called back. That's a ridiculous wait time!!! And when he went to ask the receptionist at 3:25 when his appt was she said 2 as if nothing was wrong.... that is horrible service. I was very impressed by the staff. They were very pleasant thorough n accommodating; explaining procedures n instructions clearly.
Wouldnt go anyplace else! Best doctors and staff around in my opinion!
How do you rate a doctor's office when you don't even see the dang doctor??? My appointment was for 3:30 on the 3rd of February and we walked out by 5 with OUT seeing the doctor. I told my fiance right in front of the doctor that I was going to call my family doctor Monday and get me in somewhere where they care about the patients well-being. And all I can say..."Don't you DARE charge my insurance!!!"
This was the most unprofessional rude place i had ever encountered. I would rather cut my hand off than to deal with this place.
Dr. Katranji is the GREATEST surgeon, doctor and man. I hope someday he receives the recognition he deserves for saving my daughters hand that was smashed and torn off. The wait times are worth it to have the best doctor. He takes his time with every patient and his heart is poured into every patient. I thank God for this man.
