She retired as of 2/15/26 and office/OMNI did NOT INFORM ME ONCE! --- a patient for 2+ years. Sorry but, this is pretty pathetic for a DOCTOR who can prescribe MY LIFE SOURCE in INSULIN. I don't deserve this. I was always kind and sincere to you guys at suite 2A. Your communication SUCKS!
I’m not a patient and very glad. I am in the waiting room for another provider and listening to how the receptionist handles calls- after each call- negative comments that everyone can hear. Calls taken on speaker phone (patients) and everyone in the lobby can hear. Almost hippa violation - inappropriate! Glad not to be a patient
I had a very disappointing visit to this office. As an aging woman experiencing significant health changes, I sought help after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, which has affected my overall well-being. I requested a referral to an endocrinologist and had blood work done, but my experience at this office was frustrating.
