I recently went to Melissa for a much-needed refresh after having my baby girl, and I couldn’t be happier! She dyed and trimmed my hair beautifully, and it feels so much healthier and vibrant. On top of that, she gave me such valuable tips on how to better care for my curly hair, which I truly appreciate. Melissa is not only talented but also warm and friendly, making the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring hairdresser!

Meghan H is my esthetician at Kativa and always takes such good care of my nails, pedicure and waxing. The spa is quiet and very relaxing. Meghan takes a lot of time making sure that my manicure, pedicure, whatever service is perfect. She also does shellac manicures and removals the proper way without using a drill! I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

My mom who is a senior went into the shop in hopes to book a hair appointment. The lady who greeted my mom said “what do you want”? Advice for this person…it’s what you say and it’s in the delivery. You came off as very rude and that you were being bothered. It appeared the other staff was giggling over this conversation between my mom and this lady. My mom called and said how poorly she was treated and wouldn’t be returning. Maybe some etiquette classes would be helpful.
