My fiancé bought me a gift certificate for a spa day for christmas and I'm getting married at the end of the month I called to set up a appointment and they said that there nail girl is out the whole month! So I can't even use my gift certificate and they refuse to give me a refund! I need my nails done for my wedding! I think they are very unprofessional and I will never refer anyone to them!! Sorry you feel this way Angela. I'm sorry we aren't able to get a manicure. Our nail tech just found out she had to have hip surgery and went in for surgery on Tuesday. You said he bought it for a spa day, we still offer our other spa services. Things come up in life and we can't help it. Our staff here is very caring and professional. I would hope you would give us another try.
Cannot express enough how wonderful Kim and the staff at Kati ' s Spa were b when I lost my hair during chemo. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. You are all wonderful and I was truly blessed with you all. Thanks so much .
