State Farm should be upfront with customers. If there are no additional discounts to your policy, do not make customers go and explore options of additional services in order to get a discount. It is a waste of time on both parties.

Katie Young was an excellent person to go through for my insurance, but the staff there is not. Very rude and impatient when needing to get an understanding on things. That's bad when I have to tell the worker to calm down and it's not that big of a deal. Very smart mouth and attitude out of this world when I showed no attitude and was nothing but polite... I had to switch agents ..state farm is great and Katie young is excellent but the staff is awful, wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless the only see Mrs. Young

We were backed into and the lady tried to prevent her insurance from covering me but Katie got it taken care of immediately. She is great to work with and always makes sure we get the best deal.
