Katie and Kristen were extremely patient and kind to me throughout my car issue. My car was stolen with my belongings inside, and I have felt so violated and beside myself today. I was completely irate and emotional on the phone when my rental car situation wasn’t working out. Katie offered to go above and beyond. She did not have to do that especially after his rude I was. I would recommend her and her team to anyone.
I had two experiences working with Katie Young State Farm agency this week. Diana and Kristen assisted me. Both were polite and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I would highly recommend this agency and these two young ladies with anyone’s insurance needs.
