Katie is the best gastroenterologist I’ve had! She is caring, funny, and actually listens to my concerns. She shows worry and concern when I tell her if I’m not feeling well, and has worked with me to find answers. I took a star off only because it’s really hard to actually talk to her; her office always seems to be backed up (even before COVID-19!), and I have to wait on the phone sometimes for up to an hour each time.
