I recently moved to St. Pete and established care at Tampa General Medical Group on 4th St. I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Reid yesterday, and I’m so pleased she’s my new primary care physician! I felt very comfortable with her right away; she’s approachable, she takes the time to listen to your questions and provide thoughtful answers, and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend!
I went in for a new patient appointment on June 3 and was asked to come back the next day for a blood draw which I did. I didn't see results after a couple days and then I finally asked on July 15th where my results were. Nurse Laura said "Thank you for letting us know. Unfortunately after looking into this- there was an issue with the transportation of the specimens to Quest. This means the labs will have to be redrawn. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Reid. She is very thorough and genuinely cares about the well-being of all her patients. She has gone the extra mile to help me in situations most doctors would have taken the more convenient route. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every visit as you can't help but feel welcome by her enthusiasm to be the best.
