I would leave zero stars if I could. Katie suckered me into buying a dangerous, not up to code home that I ended up spending thousands of dollars to bring up to code prior to selling, was in a dangerous neighborhood, missed out on first home buyer credits, and was insulted by the end of the process. Thanks to her boss to cleaning up to job of making sure closing details were finished before closing even if it took an extra few weeks- she refused to do so...
