I usually go here when I’m visiting from out of town, and have had decent, 4 star service in the past. After my most recent visit, however, I don’t think I can go back. A low-end pedicure (no special wraps or massage) took an hour and a half. One of the nails got messed up (because despite taking forever, the polish wasn’t left to dry long enough) and the fix was to just paint over the ruined polish. They have earned a new customer! After years of waiting in line at Princess, I finally had to move on to a location with better flexibility and less wait times. I will tell you, their service was A++ The location was clean, technician was amazing, and the hot stone treatment and massage was the best I have ever had! I’m writing the review from my massage chair as I could not be happier with my toes! Thank you! I’ll be back!!

What a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The staff is gentle and takes time to perfect every detail. They offer a wide range of nail polish colors and art designs. I absolutely love how my nails turned out.
