Excellent experience. Always responsive and always helpful. Megan always accommodated us and made sure we were never neglected. She was always available and always patient. She either knew the answer or found the information that we wanted. Really, no complaints.
Megan was helpful in getting our home ready to go on the market. She came to the house and made suggestions, provided a market analysis, assisted in finding someone to do needed repairs, staging, photos,and guided us through the entire process. She knows the local market, and was helpful in recommending a sales price. We were glad to have Megan as our agent and would highly recommend her.
Allison was super friendly, always answered our questions. She was easy to get in touch with if we needed to contact her. She never gave up even though we were pretty picky.

Megan has a natural talent to connect with people. She made me feel at ease with purchasing a home. Her knowledge in the industry was accurate with a local twist. She is a Beaumont native which put her at the the top with locating what I really wanted in a home. She was extremely agile when it came to scheduling visits.
