Good grief, with all the money they spent on the nice new building one would think they could afford a few clocks in the back. My god these people are SLOW. Every time I come in for an appointment they are running at least 45 minutes behind. I have even waited for an hour and 20 minutes before. And the waiting room / parking lot is empty. Better make sure you clear you calendar for at least a couple hours after you appointment, you WILL need the extra time.
