Writing this on behalf of my 80 year old aunt. Dr. Rand may have positive reviews but they are not telling of what truthfully happens at this establishment. If you want a professional to rip you off, especially if you are older, more vulnerable and can easily be taken advantage of then she is the right person to go to. Dr. Rand claims to take insurance, asks vulnerable patients for full if not more than premium payments upfront.
