Great working with Katie, supporting us during preparations for placing the property on the market, long before making the decision and providing valuable guidance during the renovation period to increase the house value. Katie also assisted in remote completion of all paper works to place the house on the market, in the smooth transition of house sale and finalization and closing.

I contacted MAR-KEY to possibly purchase a home, Katie took time out of her busy schedule to teach me the process and guide me threw as to what was expected as this will be my first home purchase. I did not purchase at this time, but I will without hesitation I will call Katie back when I am ready and have my ducks in a row! Thank you for being so attentive Katie!
