Katie was great when I started looking to purchase my first home. She was helpful with information, advocacy during the process- allowing me to go through all of the emotions with such a big decision ( the woman saw me cry a few times)! She and I found commonalities with a few things ( one being that we both have celiac) and she feels more like a friend. She is genuine and kind and loves what she does .
We moved to Billings from out of state and Katie Klaus was our local real estate agent in Billings. My wife and I couldn't be any happier with our experience working with Katie. She was always responsive to our needs and questions, and she provided excellent advice when needed. I first came into contact with Katie about 3 years ago. She was part of the team selling the apartment building I was living in. During this it was Covid and I was VERY pregnant.
