Katie is the best. Not only did she help us get into a home about a year ago and was there through every step of the way, but she started working with us almost a year before we were able to purchase and got us on the right track. She negotiated the best deal for us and they accepted our first offer. The whole transaction was smooth. If you are looking for a realtor that will back you 120%, look no further.
