Our situation was a bit unusual. Selling one house, buying a house that can combine 2 homes and then preparing to sell the other house. Katie not only handled it by constant communication but made it very easy. She kept in touch with us, our bank the title company and the buyers realtor and always answered our calls and texts. Our second house will be ready to sell after the new year and I know Katie will make that a great experience. Thank you Katie!
If I could give Katie more than five stars, I would. Moving from out of state on an incredibly tight timeline was stressful enough, but then we managed to encounter what felt like a never-ending series of unfortunate events along the way.
