I had contacted her previously. I found her services not up to my par and gave her a one star review. She called me and wanted to pay me to give her a better review. I told her that I don’t do that, but against my better judgment, I took down my review, I recently gave her a call to work as my agent again and no response so this Is the review that she deserves?
I wish I could give Katie 10 stars! She handled a very difficult situation of selling my home that involved exes not getting along or seeing eye to eye. She handled everything with professionalism. She was always available to give sound advice and was respectful on how we wanted to proceed. Katie is amazing. We have been searching for property for over two years and found the perfect property that Katie had listed. She worked closely with our realtor and secured the property for us with closing in 14 days!!! She is absolutely the best and I highly recommend her!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Katie Garrett! Funny thing though…she was not “our” realtor on the property my husband and I recently purchased in Fort White.
