100% would recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy a house she is super friendly. This is my family's first home so i had no idea what i was doing and she was always quick to answer any questions that i had no matter how minuscule, and talked me through every step of the way. She was consistent and thorough in helping find the perfect place to fit our needs. She even helped hook me up with a good inspector and mortgage broker, everything with her went smooth.
