We paid the $5k deposit and had a consult, gave the designers the floor plans of our house to take home, and still got a whole plan that revolved around a kitchen gas hookup we didn’t have, and removal of walls they somehow weren’t aware were load bearing- and when we told them, their solution was to add pillars - so we wouldn’t be able to have a centered large dining table which was the whole reason we wanted to open up the kitchen to begin with… my husband didn’t feel like fighting over the $5,000 so we just cut ties and l... read more
