Katie was the absolute best realtor we could have asked for. In this crazy market we had several showings to attend and had to put down several offers before finally getting a house. Katie was flexible and optimistic the entire way. Once we put an offer in, the process was smooth and easy. Several negotiations had to be made and she took care of all of it. She had our best interests every step of the way. If we buy another home in Lincoln, NE, we will definitely be working with Katie.
