Just what a diner should be--great food, full menu with lots of choices, reasonable prices and a wonderful service. And all day breakfast!! We stopped today for the first time and had a great breakfast. They were carefully following all Covid-19 guidelines and we felt safe. Our waitress, Carol, was fantastic and pleasantly took care of our every need. We enjoyed our food and the service was good. We also felt very welcomed when we saw an employee wearing a BLACK LIVES MATTER mask, but during a visit, the owner or manager made the employee change his mask. That made us upset and unwelcomed in Kathy's. We would have visited again in the future, but not now. That employee was working hard, and not bothering anyone. It's a shame he had to change his mask!
Best breakfast in the Staunton Va . Staff is friendly, service is great and the food is awesome. Complete menu to cover breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We were traveling through the area on our way to West Virginia, and googled nearby diners. Kathy's was the only non-chain, so we chose to dine there...and we are so glad we did! Carol was our server and was so kind and helpful to our family. Our meals for our family were all perfectly made and delicious. Would certainly stop there again! Thanks Kathys! Thanks Carol! <3
