My review is actually a "0" star but I have to select something to submit the review. Please do not go to this business! They are highly unprofessional, rude, and your nails will be uneven, crooked, and the polish/gel will not last. You will be told "that is how your nail grows", "it's your nail bed" and all other kind of excuses as to why your nails are jacked up when other nail techs and shops got them exactly the way you wanted them. Will never ever go to this place again! They hate refunding your money when you ask them ... read more

Worst place ever! Went Easter wknd& of course it was busy but my nails were RUSHED! The 1st lady to the right did mine and not only was she rude,she kept drilling too far up on my cuticle which hurt like he'll and then she got an attitude when I flinched and told me to "stop moving " Wow! I asked about a certain design and was brushed off so I opted for a gel color.She told me how she was going to do it, usually I thought it was up to me. By then I wanted to just walk out. I've been to Kathy for some years now n they are really good. What ever I ask for they do it n it nothin wrong wit it. They have a great service it's just the coustmers that are inpatient. When they first get in there they think there goin to be able to get in the chair right then n 5mins later they leave like u his got in there be patient. And with these other people talk bout how Gel is jus acrylic it's not they use the nail n then the out the gel powder on them and they do the other stuff. They are scam artists. I went in and asked for "uv gel nails" for the first time. What they gave me was acrylic nails with a gel top coat and passed this off as gels. So I paid $40 for what was actually $25 acrylic. This is a common scam in nail salons but don't be fooled. There is no such thing as "powder gel nails" they are either gel or acrylic. I won't be returning here.

I have gone here for years and then yesterday when I go in for my nails I got a disgruntled tech. She was being difficult and tried to tell me that they can't do a two step gel manicure. I've had it at the beach and google it...they have it step-by-step. I was ticked paid for something I am unhappy about, I am not sure I'll be back. Final word spell out very specifically what you want before hand. Maybe do it twice they seem to make a number assumptions on what "other" people want.
