Best nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down. Clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. GREAT customer service. The lady was very gentle and respectful the whole time even during eyebrow waxing. Amazing prices that aren’t ridiculous. My nails haven’t looked this good ever. Pedicure and manicure stations were clean and not too close together. Definitely never going anywhere else but here. 10/10 stars 💙
Normally, I don’t like to complain but i think it’s absolutely ridiculous how much money I paid for the service i received. First time customer- I got tips with dip powder, she cut me twice with a nail FILE, a couple of my tips have a space between the tip and my fingernail, and every single nail has a terrible indention in the middle from how she grinded them! Needless to say I WON’T be back and deserve a refund!
Avoid this place at all cost. The staff was very rude and had the worst and sloppiest pedicure .
Less than 48 hours after getting mine and my girls nails done they are peeling. Mine was shellac. I get my nails done somewhere else normally. They last me easily 2-3 weeks. This was the worst I’ve ever had!
I walked in, and wasn’t greeted for at least 10 minutes. I then was told where to sit, but then not acknowledged again for another 15 minutes when I finally got someone’s attention to ask how much longer. They said they’d be able to start my manicure in another 15-20 minutes and then it would take 30-40 to do the job. I’m sorry, but don’t offer 20% off to graduates if you’re going to ignore them and make them wait 30-40 minutes to get any type of help.
You really should do something about your employees at the Winchester location across from Walmart. Two of them argued loudly while doing my pedi and she did an awful job! I got home and had to clip and reshape jagged and crooked toenails. A different girl did my nails, thank God. They look pretty good. Can’t believe I just spent $120 for such poor service. �
Quan gets the 5 stars because he is the best with the pedicures. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and it had been awhile since I had one and I feet look and feel amazing. That’s why I tipped him $12.00 on a $30 service !! The others rush through it and you are out in 15 minutes.
