Worst flower shop in Keller This is the poorest excuse for a flower shop I have ever seen. I was to receive flowers ordered over the internet that were to look like an arrangement they had pictured on line. Looked similar but had lots of dead and very old flowers. Plus there was supposed to be a balloon with it and there wasn't. When they sent a replacement arrangement it was horrible. Looked nothing like the picture. Disappointed On Jan. 22ND I called to have a bouquet of flowers ready to pick up to take to my daughters grave on the 23rd, the anniversary of her death. I told them the time I would be there. We were having my daughters headstone laid and the minister and several friends were to meet us at the cemetery. When we arrived at the floral shop (which was just a few minutes from the cemetery) the flowers were not ready and we had to stand around and wait. I was so flustered that I left my purse. Helpful and courteous Kathy's Flower Shoppe helped in the selection of an appropriate arrangement and then delivered an absolutely beautiful bouquet that the recipient loved and which lasted for over a week. They phoned prior to delivery and within the time frame promised. This was a floral arrangement that they designed and was not one selected from a picture.
Wonderful service I've received flowers from this homey little shop from friends and I was always pleased by the freshness and beauty of their floral arrangements.
Wouldn't count on this one My daughter just got back from major surgery and we got a call from this shop asking if we were going to be home. I said we would be and she asked if my daughter was allergic to any food items. I said no. That was at 1:30 - she had to wait until 5:30 that evening when someone was making all of the deliveries -- we were very disappointed with the arrangement.
