Can you release a statement explaining the accusations? These accusations are in multiple news reports and it would be a good idea to comment on them if it's untrue, the racial slurs were apparently said before the video started. Please please please comment.

I, admittingly, have never been to Kathy's Crab House yet after seeing the recent news, I'll entitle "Idiot woman screaming about service dog", I'm very impressed about how this establishment handled this unfortunate situation. I hope thats the last you have to hear of her & hope to try the food next time I'm in the area. Kudos!
Thanks Kathy's Crab House for helping the veteran. I am getting my service dog soon, and i pray i don't get a altercation like this. Who knows what i'll do...might end up in jail! Ciara Miller is a monster that needs to be caged up. She's worse than a wild boar, she needs to be put away for life. No need to have her in society.
Thank you for taking the high road in regard to the incident over a patron with a service dog. If I ever get to Delaware I will definitely make a stop at your restaurant.
