That woman seemed to be looking for any reason to escalate the situation , I saw her boyfriend or husband was trying to de escalate the situation however that woman was just trying to act all big and bad , ignorant just because your family member served doesn't mean you did and understand what it's like , but that's ignorant people for you , they are everywhere and will somehow try to spiritually test you with there opinions and believes and or try to use there child as a shield . You hear so many stories of restaurants (and other stores/shops) not allowing people with legitimate needs for service animals in. More places should follow in yalls steps. If I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to stop in for your "horrible" food and amazing customer service.
Thank YOU for knowing the law and standing up for our veterans. All of whom have fought for our rights. Our Daughter & her spouse live on the East coast, we'll encourage them to visit you since it will be a bit before my husband & I can make the trip East again! Haven't been, but thank you for being considerate to vets and their service animals. It's a shame you get other animals in from time to time. The next time I'm up there for business I'll definitely drop in!
