Kathy did a great job as selling agent for my house in Huntsville. I was living in Georgia as I was selling, and she took care of meeting and scheduling all contractors, cleaners, lawn care etc. when we were preparing to sell and throughout the whole process. We ended up getting a good price in a buyers market. I would highly recommend if you need a realtor!
