I went to see Kathy in my quest to improve my posture and relieve pain in my neck and shoulders. The process took 10 sessions and involved some discomfort but now I feel like many areas of my body that held tension have been opened up allowing me to have a broader less hunched over upper body. My hips also loosened up and I feel that I have more power in my steps. I don’t magically have perfect posture all the time but now but I feel more inclined and at ease to sit and stand with a straight spine.

Kathy Purvis is not only a skilled rolfer, she is a brave woman who understands the complexities involved in assisting a body to heal chronic pain.
