I can’t believe how terrible the service has been after purchasing the $1999.00 hearing aids. I have been calling, stopping by the office, for at least 6 months now. I’ve been leaving messages but no responses at all. The location and numbers changed but I was able to find the new numbers and new location! This is outrageous!
Excellent service and follow-up! Kathy knew and clearly explained to me the options available to address my hearing needs.
