It maybe the best real estate company to buy from, but it is the worst real estate company I had the pleasure of renting from. After documenting several move in issues they were either never fixed, or at the very least took a long time, and still not to standard. The real estate agent is unavailable nearly 100% of the time. I'm usually in charge of hundreds of employees, but rest assured I will never recommend this company to any of my supervisors, employees, or subordinates. Tyler went above and beyond to help find us a home that was a good fit. He was prompt, friendly, considerate, and really cared about our family. He was patient and kept an eye out for what we wanted. Tyler was knowledgeable and great to work with.
Krista Dunk helped us get into a fantastic home. She was patient with our (my) ever changing lists of wants and needs. She contacted us immediately when she found a new listing for us to look at. She also met us at the chosen house a few more times so we could take measurements and just look at it again. I'll be recommending her to friends looking for new homes.
