Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean pre baby arrival and I’m so glad I did. Not only could I literally not do this right now, but I never would have done the deep clean to such a depth and detail. Jalisa was amazing!! She rocked it and went above and beyond. So grateful!! Kathy Clean was able to squeeze me in with only a few days notice. They’re busy but may the effort to meet my timelines. An issue came up and the originally scheduled cleaners Were not able to make it on an emergency basis. At my request, they got somebody else to come in last minute. Nidia Did an amazing job. She was friendly, professional, hard-working, and kept a great attitude throughout the job.. She especially did a great job on a heavily soiled oven. Great experience! Maria in particular did an amazing job, our home looked spotless and she was wonderful to work with. Overall, the customer support has also been incredibly responsive and easy to schedule with. Definitely recommend!
I found Katy Clean after having a not so fun experience with previous cleaner. They have been amazing since I started and do a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse. The price is affordable as well.
Kathy clean is amazing. So quick to respond, easy to get on the schedule and they are also kind and courteous! We had Jalisa clean our house and she did an impeccable job. Didn’t have to be asked to clean anything you normally wouldn’t expected to be cleaned because she took it upon herself to clean those spots without being asked! Excited to have her clean my house every week!
