I can't say enough good things about Kathy! We bought our home out of state and we're so glad we found her. She had us send her links to homes we were interested in and she would immediately do a walk-through video of them. We came out for a weekend and she lined up lots of homes for us to see and knew what we needed to offer to get the one we liked best.
