I had been perfectly happy for 7 1/2 years in my previous house but viewed a Dream Home I HAD to have (I'm 63). To buy it before it sold an IMMEDIATE sale of the current house was critical for success. Quick and easy experience. I felt very comfortable with Kathy and felt she treated us fairly. Was pleased with every aspect of the process.
I thought selling my home was going to be a difficult process after meeting with a guy that “buys ugly houses”.....and then I met Kathy. Kathy was knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely efficient. The whole process from meeting at the house to closing was only 12 days! Overall a absolutely wonderful experience!
