Kathy was our absolute life-saver. We were in a horrible position and we needed speed. We had so many complications and many personal hurdles that we were not in any way shape or form able to sell conventionally. I highly recommend Kathy Buys Houses. She just purchased our lake house and it went so smoothly. Her and her husband are super nice and very knowledgeable.
Kathy, was wonderful to work with throughout the process. We needed to sell my dad's home and it needed many repairs and we didn't have the time or energy to deal with it. We did not have time to sell our house using a realtor, we had to sell our house fast. We contacted ***** and she came out and inspected our home and gave us a very fair offer for a quick sell.
