I ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday. I was encouraged to order a loose bouquet since by Kathy since that would "get me the most bang for my buck". I have seen nicer bouquet's from the grocery store for half the price.

I am so sorry you were unhappy with our service. I do wonder why you are complaining a month after the fact. We stand by our product and would have done something to make you happy if you had contacted us in a timely fashion.
RecommendedKathy is an amazing florist! She recently did my daughters autumn wedding at the Round Church in Richmond and The Garden Barn at Lang farm. It was a destination wedding and she was easy to work with and very efficient with communicating through email. Her floral talent made the day that much more beautiful and magical. Many compliments from all the guests on floral arrangements and would highly recommend her!
