Horrible bedside manner. Already has mind made up before she enters patient room. Hears your words but does NOT listen to the patient and family. Does not act like she has time to hear your concerns. Has the attitude of “superior” and you are nothing. Acts like she is there for job only and checking off boxes and not there for the patient and truly listening to the concerns.
