Been going to Dr. Thomas for about 14 years. I had psoriasis over 85 percent of my body. For over 20 years. I found out about Dr. Thomas was in was in the hospital. So I went to see her and she started me on creams, pills, and now a shot every other month. And my psoriasis is GONE. Even the psoriasis arthritis in my hands and other joints are GONE. Just got off the phone with very rude office workers. My son is trying to get his acne medication filled. Walgreens says they are contacting Thomas Dermatology with no response. When I speak to office staff they said they will contact Walgreens to ask why Walgreens is calling the wrong number. How about resolving the issue so my son can get his prescription. Dr. Thomas is fantastic! She's extremely thorough and really hears you when you're explaining what's going on. Even better, she thinks "out of the box". She doesn't just go straight to the easiest fix, necessarily, but really considers your symptoms and concerns. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend her.
I normally dont review but im very disappointed waited 20 min in waiting room and watch 3 people that came in after me go in ... if I showed up 20 min late for my appt you wouldn't see me so how are you any different ... I have to pick up my grand kid at bis stop at 2:30 in streamwood I have things to do too
Dr. Thomas was thorough as usual. Very happy with my treatment.
