Dr. Rosenberger put my young daughter through a battery of unnecessary testing including a GI study that required general anesthesia, all for nothing. Turns out her “concerns” were way out of left field and just plain wrong. Did not listen to what we the parents said. We are still paying the bill for her “concerns”. All we wanted her to do was clip my child’s tied tongue and maybe remove tonsils too. That’s all! Should have gone to a dentist and speech pathologist in the first place. Dr. Rosenberger is an excellent physician who listens carefully to the patient. She has excellent surgical skills and "bedside manners". Bryan is fortunate to have such a multi-talented doctor on board.
The doctor herself is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The scheduling is a nightmare, and billing is impossible to work with. They expect you to prepay (thousands of dollars) on short notice before they have even filed a claim with insurance. They will refuse service if you ask to pay after insurance has been processed.
Dr. Kate Rosenberger at the Ear, Nose & Throat Specialties, PC in Lincoln, is one of the most skilled, knowledgeable, caring, dedicated, committed, and personable medical health providers I have ever encountered. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful she is and what an asset she is to her patients and the Lincoln medical community.
You go in there and you feel like a person. Not a case file, not a disease, but a person with a name, a face, a family, who means something.
