Kathryn Dixon. Is now with Alder Dental in Bridgeport. I have been going to Alder for decades now and am sad to not go back. Poorly run office. This provider is rude, unprofessional, probably incompetent. I kept going back despite my instincts telling me to find a new dentist. Each time was a disaster, she made me feel like I had neglected my dental health and had serious issues. I heard other people complain. I have waited after two cancellations to get in for my exam. The doctor never came in to see me during my teeth cleaning, even after I asked. They said I had to make another appointment when I heard her just down the hall talking, not nicely, to an employee.
Doctor is rude to everyone, me, staff, etc. Been there twice but not again. The cleaning I got was also terrible, new gal from last time is terrible.
My experience was god awful. The Dr. was so rude to to everyone around her, including myself, patients, and even her employees. It literally made me feel uncomfortable hearing the way she talked to the people around her. I will be looking for a new dentist.
Worst dental experience. First of all every body is rude and dismissive. Office and appliances are not clean and they don't even bother to use some bleach on the doctors uniform. On top of everything they billed me for works they never did.
I was surprised when reading the negative reviews. I had a great experience with Dr. Nicholson. My first appointment was this last Tuesday, I was able to be seen right away, the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The Doctor and her assistant are a great team, I will definitely be recommending her to others
Worse bunch of liar's I've ever seen. They do not listen to their patients and try to push stuff not needed. The doctor walked out with me still waiting in the chair. Never seen a doctors office run so bad. I gave them time to talk about it but they would not listen. They treat OHP patients very bad.
Wish I could give them 0 star. Service is poor.
I used to work in this office and I think every body should know she makes her staff leave her fake positive feed backs.
