I used to work in this office and I think every body should know she makes her staff leave her fake positive feed backs.
This dentist is not trustworthy. She is dishonest. Told us my son's insurance only covered metal fillings which was a lie.
She was horrible, she got up and walked away from me because my insurance is subpar for her standards. I was simply trying to understand what we were doing and she told me I was rude and to leave. I wish I could select zero Stars.
Dr. Nicholson is the best dentist in town. She is great with kids and already makes our family feel comfortable.
I had lost part of my filling in June went to Aspen dental they wanted to much to pull it, I was assigned to this Dr. I went to her for an emergency clinic sat for 4 hours all they did was x-rays and gave me meds. Never seeing the dentist. I called her ER line in pain again. She sent in more meds. I kept calling trying to get her to pull this tooth they just won't do it... Apparently they just don't have time for emergency's I keep being told I have an appt. Sept 4th. I'm in pain
This dentist is terrible! She put amalgam mercury fillings in my mouth without even asking first! I am allergic, and had to pay another dentist a lot of money to remove them! Then, she did a crappy crown that had a cavity in it a year later! I don't know where she got her training but she is terrible! I had to have another dentist put a implant in the place where she caused me to have to lose the tooth. I am so disappointed in her, please do not got to this dentist! You will be sorry like me!
I have a lot of really serious tooth issues, and she is very kind and considerate about them. I never feel embarrassed, even though they're very embarrassing and hard on my self-esteem. She's also very forthright about what needs doing and I appreciate that. Her technicians/hygienists/other staff are also really respectful and kind.
Horrible service had 1 appt and then had my next appt rescheduled 3 times by them and took 9 months to get back in now have to lose a tooth because it has slowly decayed over 9 months since the kept rescheduling instead of just doing a filling
